Mojo brings the power of Avid's Digital Nonlinear Accelerator (DNA)
technology to Avid Xpress Pro and Avid Xpress Pro HD software and to
the Avid Xpress Studio HD Complete suite. Compact enough to take on
location yet powerful enough to serve as the core of a video-editing
suite, Avid Mojo hardware connects to both laptop and desktop systems
with a single IEEE-1394 cable and, unlike other NLE add-on hardware,
lets you capture audio or video while also providing output of the same
source. Its real-time DV and analog I/O ports deliver simultaneous
output to both client monitor and tape, real-time SD display of
downconverted HD , and optional uncompressed SD over component analog.
Avid Mojo offers uncompressed analog SD video
support over S-video, composite and optional component video, along
with built-in support for IEEE-1394 capture and playback.
Both offer simultaneous output to both broadcast monitors and tape, and
feature Genlock and Word Clock for video and audio sync with external
devices.
Avid Mojo is compatible
with Avid Xpress Pro, Avid Media Composer, Avid 3D, Avid FX, Avid
NewsCutter XP, and Avid Pro Tools LE (Pro Tools
LE v6 only). Avid Mojo is included in Avid Xpress Studio Complete. Avid Mojo Features
