RMA and Shipping Steps

  1. Submit the form below and include model, serial number, and a short issue description.
  2. We reply with an RMA number and any pre checks to try before shipping.
  3. Backup show sessions and media if possible. Remove removable storage.
  4. Pack with original foam when available, or double box with at least 2 inches of padding on all sides.
  5. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Tip Include photos of error messages or logs in your form submission to speed diagnosis.
